Cleverdata has worked with different types of event since 1998 to create an event management tool which efficiently stores, analyses and reports the mass of data associated with organising a major event.  This is Cleverdata Show Manager.

The core of this system is a contact record-keeping module in which to store all information about your Contacts; Friends, Members, Committee, Stewards, Judges, Sponsors, Trade, Exhibitors, etc and create multiple reports, label runs and letters for groups of these contacts.  Additional optional modules: Entries, Judging, Results, Trade, Sponsorship, Advertising, Tickets & Membership

ON-LINE ENTRIES

We have worked with Entrymaster to share the show schedule and the online entries between Entrymaster Lite and Cleverdata Show Manager.

Burwarton Show 2022: “Very happy to report that we had a brilliant show and all went well.  The reporting and downloads etc from Entrymaster and Cleverdata have been great.”  

We can also work with other online entry systems to integrate with Cleverdata Show Manager.

The Cleverdata Show Manager user group continually provides feedback and makes suggestions towards the further development of this system.  On-going enhancements to the system are distributed to all users under an annual Cleverdata Support agreement.
